Notification Requirements

If a customer wishes to cancel after making a booking payment, they must notify HAK Civil Construction in writing.

The cancellation request must be sent via email or registered post with acknowledgment, clearly stating the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Fees

For cancellations made more than 48 hours after booking, a non-refundable fee of 2% of the booking amount will apply.

If cancellation occurs at a later stage, additional charges may be deducted based on the current stage of the project and the value of work already completed.

If the expenses incurred by HAK Civil Construction for the agreed services exceed the payments made by the customer, the customer is required to reimburse the additional amount.

This payment must be made directly to HAK Civil Construction within 15 working days from the date the customer receives written notification detailing the excess expenses.

Once both HAK Civil Construction and the customer have agreed upon the final refund amount, HAK Civil Construction will process the refund—after deducting any applicable charges—and transfer the remaining balance to the customer’s designated bank account within 30 business days.
